Diana’s Oatmeal Breakfast
Serves 1
Quaker Oats 1-minute Oatmeal              1/3
cup
Dark Brown Sugar                 1
teaspoon
Sunmaid Rasins            1
Tablespoon
Walnut Pieces              1
Tablespoon
Ground Cinnamon                 1/8
teaspoon
Benefiber             2
teaspoons
Water                  2/3
cup
Apple or other fruit bits                  ¼
cup
Combine everything except the apple or fruit bits in a microwavable
bowl.  Stir to combine and distribute
ingredients throughout the water.  Add
the fruit bits, and microwave on high for 1 minute 35 seconds.
